Too much sulfur ?
Mike Haliburton will be forever remembered as the student who almost burned down the auditorium. His overzealous experiment proved to be too hard to handle and the fire department had to be called to put out the flames of the biggest volcanic eruption the school had ever seen. Things got a bit out of hand one spring day, when this motley crew had a few beers at lunch and shed all their clothing. The police were called and the students were ushered back to class. The principal got a citation for not instructing the student body that there was no nude sunbathing in Wolseley Park.

What power failure ?
The fashion show went off WITH a hitch. There was a power failure which made it very dark and quiet...but the emergency lights kicked in and the positive vibe from the energetic audience made it the most unique show Springfield ever had.
